Okay, looks like what he's doing is, he's attempting to provoke impeachment before January, when there might (maybe) be a Republican Senate that would vote to convict. If these dumb-ass Republicans in the House now fall for it, we'll know that they are either terminally stupid, or else they are in on it from the get-go and they are clearing the decks for this Third World tyrant.
