Without getting into the moral issue of releasing five Taliban commanders in exchange for one American deserter (the partisan fog that politicizes everything in this country having already begun to obscure such issues), the simple fact is that any release of prisoners from the Guantanamo Bay facility requires 30-day notice and approval from Congress. It is the law, and The One simply ignored the law, as he usually does.
That's not supposed to happen in this country. It is against the law for Barack Obama to do what he did, but once again we run up against the fact that normal people have no way of compelling the federal government of the United States or any of its agencies, from Barry himself on down, to obey their own laws.
Well, yes, we do in fact have a way of dealing with a lawless president, two ways actually, both handed down to us by the Founding Fathers. One is impeachment and trial, and the other is the Second Amendment. But we lack the political courage to use the former and the physical courage to use the latter, so basically we are now living in a Third World dictatorship where El Supremo does whatever the hell he wants and his ruling party's flunkies operate completely without accountability. The Founding Fathers never counted on the degeneration of the White American male into Homer Simpson and Beavis and Butthead.
So Barry's doing it again, and he's going to get away with it. Nothing is going to be done about our wee little Third World dictator except a lot of bloviating on the internet, while 93 million Americans will not go to work today and everyone accepts this as "the new normal."
The remaining normal population of this country will pay a heavy and terrible price in the coming years for allowing Barack Obama to rule by imperial decree and skate on any consequences at all. Bear in mind that if Obama chooses to leave office in 2016, we're looking at eight or more years of the Sea Hag, who will use the precedents set by Obama to liquidate her opposition Soviet-style.
You think there were a lot of bodies dropping during the first eight years of Clinton rule? Bill at least had a little discretion when it came to political murder. The Democrats buy the votes of this new underclass with food stamps, EBT cards, Section 8 housing, Obamacare, Obama phones, and Social Security "disability" payments--thinly disguised permanent welfare checks for those who have been rendered unemployable due to their age, race, and gender, i.e. any White male over about the age of 40 who, once he loses his job in Obama's Amurrica, will almost certainly never work again except maybe as a greeter at Wal-Mart.
The so-called recession has also been called the "man-cession," (see above) because the majority of its economic victims are men of all races, but especially White men. It is difficult to escape the conclusion that the Obama Depression has been deliberately planned as yet another vile piece of liberal social engineering in order to undermine the traditional household with the gainfully employed White male as the head of the family and the home-making mother as the heart.
That is what the Democrats hate more than anything else--loving, stable, at least nominally Christian White households that produce healthy White children. The Sea Hag has launched a pre-emptive strike in a new book she is publishing, which contains a special chapter wherein she tries to explain away how she got four Americans killed in Benghazi through her stupidity, incompetence, and inaction.
In this book she implies that she will refuse all co-operation and refuse to appear before the House investigating committee trying to ascertain what happened on September 11, 2012.
It is of course illegal and contempt of Congress to refuse to appear and testify truthfully before a House committee, but as we learned in the Lois Lerner case, the spineless RINOs in Congress are too lame to enforce those laws any more. Lois Lerner got away with showing up and spitting in Republican Congressmen's faces, and the Sea Hag will get away with not showing up at all. Power Womyn from the ruling party like her and Lois Lerner are above the law in Obama's Amurrica.
The Democrats are acutely aware that Hillary is vulnerable on Benghazi, because she screwed the pooch so bad there that it's really quite impossible even for their own heavily-controlled media to put any lipstick on that particular pig.
That's why outfits like Salon Magazine and Huffington Post and Tom Tomorrow's anile cartoons are mocking Republicans' so-called "Benghazi obsession." It's whistling past the graveyard. Benghazi has The One and The One Party running scared, make no mistake.

Yet another leaked memo on the topic of the Democratic party's willingness to use the United States military against American citizens in order to stay in power. There have been a lot of these, of late.
We need to understand that even if somehow normal people can win the 2016 election in the face of massive Democrat vote fraud and illegal voting by foreigners, they may not voluntarily surrender power. They've become too attached to it now, like a dog in the manger. They have come too close to attaining their goal of a one-party state now to willingly abandon it for another eight years.
The problem with America is that normal people have never had any way to compel the federal government of the United States, its bureauracy and its agencies and its muscle men with badges, to obey their own laws. Obama has been ruling by decree for years now, and the Democrats have developed a taste for power totally without accountability.
Our Founding Fathers left us a mechanism for normal people to deal with this very situation should it ever arise, the Second Amendment, but we are too timid and frightened to use it.
The Democratic party poses a clear and present danger to the people of this country, and that threat needs to be dealt with. If we are not going to be able to find within ourselves the courage to use the remedy our ancestors left us, then then only hope is to somehow seize back some control of the media and to keep the mass of foreigners the Democrats have brought into this country from voting unlawfully.
We also need somehow to make sure the votes in 2014 and 2016 are counted honestly, although how we're going to do that while unwilling to take direct action is unclear.

The IRS has now "forbidden" private employers to "dump" their employers onto the badly misnamed Obamacare "health exchanges."
We don't know exactly how this will work, because no law has actually been passed by Congress. We simply have a department of faceless Democrat bureaucrats telling us what we can and can't do, which is the Obama style of government--by royal command. What, exactly constitutes "dumping" one's employees onto Obamacare? I.e. telling them to avail themselves of something the dictatorship, in its benevolence, has decided to grant unto the black and brown peasantry in exchange for their votes?
Suppose an employer simply cannot afford to pay for medical insurance for all his employees, something quite likely in the Obama Depression? Suppose it's "dump" his employees onto Obamacare or go out of business, in which case there is nothing for anyone involved? No health insurance for the employees, no money for the employees, no profit for the owner, no taxes for the dictator?
One is tempted to say the IRS simply won't care, but actually they probably will. A large part of the dictatorship's hidden agenda is that the Democrats want small business to fail and is clearly doing everything possible to make that happen. They don't like the idea of self-employed, economically independent normal people, because that is the core of the Republican base in this country, and anyone who votes Republican must be destroyed, in the minds of the dictator's servants.
To be honest, some RINOs and Rockefeller Republicans, the country club set in our party, have the same idea. The Democratic party wants everybody dependent on a government check, and the RINOs down at the country club want everybody dependent on a check from a big multi-national conglomerate. People with paychecks to threaten can be controlled.
It used to be before people in this country had to do something, Congress had to get together and pass a law, using what the Constitution refers to as "advise and consent." Nowadays no one advises the Democrats on anything and the only consent required is that of the dictator, to sign an executive order--or in this case, some nameless bureaucrat who does the will of the ruling party in what has become effectively a one-party state, and what will officially become a one-party state once the millions of Democrat voters who are in the country illegally can be amnestied thanks to the spineless RINOs.

Has anyone ever wondered exactly how, back in 2008 when Hillary was inevitable and all but coronated as Queen of Hearts, all of a sudden this "young, articulate black man" suddenly appeared out of nowhere in the primaries and snatched the Sea Hag's crown from her grasp?
Did it just happen by magic? Or was the whole thing set up from the beginning by a clique of high-power Democrats who would rather be buggered by buffaloes than see Hillary Clinton as president of the United States?

Plus, there are probably a few old-line Democrats remaining who still have some residual bits and pieces of feeling remaining for the welfare of the country (it's not impossible) and who don't want to see us ruled by a borderline insane screaming vengeance-crazed Sea Hag who may be suffering from brain damage and dementia praecox.
Okay, in view of the fact that the Democrats have been using a completely untalented affirmative action hire with a room-temperature IQ as a figurehead for the last eight years, that may sound unlikely. But it's possible that there are still a few Democrats out there who are sharp enough to see and understand that happened during the Clinton and Obama years, and who have enough sense to realize that if they keep on trashing the whole country and reducing the United States to a second-class power and a Third World nation, the trough is going to have a lot less in it for them to gobble up like hogs. Self-interest could be a powerful motive for some of the George Soros faction to pull the rug out from under the Sea Hag's Gucci pumps.
So, the question is: what will these "Hillary Skeptics" as they are called, do about it this time?
Another "handsome, articulate, dynamic young black man?" Hmmm...no, I think they understand that would be too hard a sell, in view of the total dog's dinner Barry and Michelle have made of the country.
