Yeah, I think that's pretty much what the story will be. That gets the FBI off the hook and soothes their ruffled feathers, and Barry and his mulattos at "Justice" no longer care what they do or what anyone thinks of them. They've learned that they can do anything they want and nothing will be done about it. The time to stop those expensively-suited niggers was back when "Fast And Furious" came down. It wasn't done then, and it's not going to be done. Ever.
